The engine cranks but won't start. The fuel pump and injectors are activating, but there's no pulse at the four ignition coils. A bench test was performed on the ECU, and the coil outputs are functioning correctly. Is it possible that the ECU isn't activating the coils due to a significant engine timing misalignment?
