Vibration meter
This portable device is designed to solve universal tasks related to measuring and analyzing of vibrations as well as installation and repair work to eliminate them. It allows balancing rotors rotating in their own bearings in one or two correction planes in order to reduce the dynamic loads on the bearing units. At the same time, the operation life of machines and mechanisms is significantly increased.

The device is made in portable design, so there’s no need to use special balancing machines, since rotor balancing is carried out in its own bearings without dismantling the gear. If necessary, the device can be used as a measuring system of the balancing machine. Balancing can be carried out both by trial starts, and unbalance sensitivity factor.

The device includes: a measuring unit, two vibration sensors, a phase angle sensor.

We've developed a pre-production model of the vibration meter. We're currently working on tuning hardware and developing software.
